Electric Vehicle Coaching and Assessment

For Category B EV Drivers – Personalised Coaching and Risk Assessment

This one-to-one on-road course is designed for employees who operate Category B electric vehicles. It combines a tailored risk assessment with coaching to help drivers improve behaviour, safety awareness, and handling of EV-specific systems.

The session begins with a 1-hour classroom presentation followed by a 3-hour practical driving assessment. Drivers receive real-time coaching on safe and efficient EV driving, with emphasis on smooth vehicle control, awareness, and adapting to silent running.

A full assessment report with risk score, feedback, and recommendations is provided upon completion to support continued behavioural improvement.
