The session begins with a 1-hour classroom presentation followed by a 3-hour practical driving assessment. Drivers receive real-time coaching on safe and efficient EV driving, with emphasis on smooth vehicle control, awareness, and adapting to silent running.
A full assessment report with risk score, feedback, and recommendations is provided upon completion to support continued behavioural improvement.
